The role focuses on timely fulfillment of hiring needs, strong client relationships, and achieving monthly production targets. The position involves full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks, with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite in Makati city 4 days and 1 day WFH).

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to various industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and background checks.
• Attain monthly production targets and ensure timely submission of qualified shortlists.
• Manage client coordination, including interview scheduling, calibration calls, and account updates.
• Maintain and update talent bank of qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and discuss offers, compensation, and pre-employment requirements with candidates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production and client reports.
• Support other recruitment and account management tasks as needed.
