Job summary

The Knotify Workforces Corp. in Mabolo, Cebu City, is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Consultant / Manager. This is a pure sourcing role focused on building a strong candidate pipeline for the recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will not interview or onboard; instead, they will source, qualify at the sourcing level, and deliver high volumes of relevant candidate profiles, using multiple channels to meet daily and monthly targets. The role is hybrid with 4 days on-site and 1 day WFH.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source high-volume and niche candidate profiles based on active hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the recruitment team.
• Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media.
• Facebook groups and online communities.
• Boolean / keyword searches and database mining.
• Deliver candidate profiles within agreed daily and monthly sourcing targets.
• Prioritize urgent, high-volume, hard-to-fill requirements.
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline performance.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements and provide the right candidate volume.
• Experiment with new sourcing techniques to improve speed and reach.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven, competitive, and numbers-oriented Recruitment Sourcing Consultant / Recruitment Sourcing Manager who will be responsible exclusively for building a strong and consistent candidate pipeline for the recruitment team.

This is a pure sourcing role. The individual will not be responsible for applicant interviews, documentation, onboarding, or other recruitment administration. The primary responsibility is to find, engage, qualify at sourcing level, and deliver high volumes of relevant candidate profiles, including difficult-to-find and niche talent.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the chase, competition, targets, and numbers and can consistently push sourcing activity even when the market is challenging.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-volume and niche candidate profiles based on active hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the recruitment team.
• Use multiple sourcing channels including:
• Job portals and job boards
• LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Facebook groups and online communities
• Employee and candidate referrals
• Database mining
• Cold calling and direct outreach
• Other creative and unconventional sourcing channels
• Develop sourcing strategies based on role difficulty, market availability, volume requirements, and hiring urgency.
• Continuously identify new candidate pools, communities, platforms, and sourcing channels.
• Deliver candidate profiles within agreed daily and monthly sourcing targets.
• Prioritize urgent, high-volume, hard-to-fill, and niche requirements.
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, profile submissions, and pipeline performance.
• Monitor sourcing numbers and continuously improve productivity and conversion.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements and provide the right candidate volume.
• Take ownership of sourcing gaps and proactively adjust strategies when targets are not being met.
• Conduct market mapping and talent-pool research for difficult requirements.
• Maintain a consistent flow of candidates rather than relying on last-minute sourcing.
• Experiment with new sourcing techniques to improve speed, volume, quality, and reach.

Success in this role is measured primarily by sourcing output, pipeline strength, speed, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, talent sourcing, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience using multiple online sourcing channels.
