Job summary

Compass Experience Labs is seeking a Recruitment Shared Support Analyst to support Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing, recruitment data, ATS management, and analytics. You will help build candidate pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for hiring teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years in recruitment operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with ATS/HRIS systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, recruitment operations, ATS/HRIS administration, or recruitment analytics.
Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS platforms.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing tools.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data filtering, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the ATS.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering requisitions, pipelines, sourcing activity, and other TA metrics.
Provide centralized operational support to recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership across multiple hiring programs.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and overall team efficiency.
