Job summary

Compass Experience Labs seeks a highly organized Recruitment Shared Support Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, recruitment data and ATS management, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment systems, large data sets, sourcing platforms, and reporting tools with an end-to-end understanding of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, recruitment operations, ATS/HRIS administration, or recruitment analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data filtering, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and translate data into insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and recruitment information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate research and identify talent based on requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming needs.
• Support recruiters with sourcing for high-volume, specialized roles.
• Maintain organized candidate pools and talent databases.
• Track sourcing activity and candidate conversion across channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the ATS.
• Create and update requisitions, job postings, candidate profiles, and recruitment records.
• Move candidates through recruitment stages and reflect current status.
• Monitor data quality, perform data audits and cleanup.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, templates, and documentation.
• Support ATS enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Ensure recruitment data is handled accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering TA metrics.
• Track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recruitment insights to TA leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain recurring reports and dashboards and ensure data consistency.
• Support ad hoc reporting for recruitment projects.
• Support centralized operational assistance to recruiters and TA leadership.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Help ensure processes, SLAs, and documentation standards are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.
