Job summary

Compass Experience Labs is seeking a Recruitment Shared Support Analyst to support Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing, recruitment data, ATS management, and analytics. You will help build candidate pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for hiring teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years in recruitment operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with ATS/HRIS systems.

• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data filtering, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the ATS.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering requisitions, pipelines, sourcing activity, and other TA metrics.
• Provide centralized operational support to recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership across multiple hiring programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and overall team efficiency.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Recruitment Shared Support Analyst to provide centralized support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on candidate sourcing, recruitment data and ATS management, and reporting and analytics, helping recruiters maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring accurate recruitment data and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with recruitment systems, large volumes of data, sourcing platforms, and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate research and identify potential talent based on defined job requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Support recruiters with sourcing for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Maintain organized candidate pools and talent databases.
• Track sourcing activity and candidate conversion across recruitment channels.

Recruitment Data & ATS Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the ATS.
• Create and update requisitions, job postings, candidate profiles, and recruitment records.
• Ensure candidates are properly moved through recruitment stages and that system data reflects current hiring status.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and perform regular data audits and cleanup.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, templates, and documentation.
• Support ATS enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Ensure recruitment data is handled accurately and confidentially.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering requisitions, candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, interviews, offers, hires, and other TA metrics.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, aging requisitions, and recruiter activity.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate and timely recruitment insights to TA leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain recurring reports and dashboards and ensure data consistency across reporting sources.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for recruitment projects and business requirements.

Shared Recruitment Support

• Provide centralized operational support to recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership across multiple hiring programs.
• Monitor recruitment workflows and follow up on outstanding actions or data requirements.
• Help ensure recruitment processes, SLAs, and documentation standards are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, recruitment operations, ATS/HRIS administration, or recruitment analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data filtering, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location recruitment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Experience with recruitment dashboards or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS data audits, system optimization, or implementation.
• Experience in BPO, RPO, shared services, or corporate recruitment environments.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics, funnel analysis, and sourcing-channel performance.
• Experience supporting a global or geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team.
