Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, email, chat, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers, sorting/filtering data, and basic reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviewing schedules, requirements, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn and other job sites; maintain requisition records.
• Ensure recruitment hygiene and update candidate statuses and data.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure clear communication with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding.
