BW Epic Kosan, Manila office, is hiring a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end seafaring recruitment. You will liaise with planning, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews and background checks, and handle all documentation in Mariapps.

You will report to the Team Leader, Crewing & Recruitment in Manila and play a key role in delivering timely recruiting services in a fast-paced maritime environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in maritime recruitment.
• Seafaring background with 12 months sea service onboard any vessel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Liaise with Planning department regarding recruitment requirements.
• Ensure applicants meet minimum requirements per STCW and recruitment matrix.
• Conduct initial interviews and background checks.
• Administer I-Test to applicants.
• Update required documents and certificates in Mariapps.
• Prepare applicant requirements and endorse for technical interview.
• Ensure the technical interview of applicants is carried out.
• Inform applicants about approval or rejection of applications.
• Endorse approved candidates to planning department.
• Prepare Recruitment Monthly Reports.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.
