Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Recruitment Officer to manage on-site recruitment activities in Batangas City. You will screen applicants via outbound calls, conduct phone interviews, coordinate trainings, perform background checks, and report on recruitment strategies.

This is a full-time, long-term role with a basic salary plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within HR. Day shift, training period, and long-term employment are provided.

Qualifications

• On-site work at Batangas City is required in the Philippines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience in recruitment or outbound calls is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage online recruitment sites and HR management system software.
• Make outbound calls to screen applicants and schedule for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide advice on new recruitment strategies.
• Provide continuous training to progress toward HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software.
• Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor | 2ghz - 8GB RAM).
• Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
• Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps.
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom.
