AIA is seeking a Recruitment Development Manager to lead strategies, initiatives, and engagement programs for recruitment across the organization. You will report on pipelines to SMT and Agency Leaders, and collaborate with the Sales Management Team to implement departmental plans on the ground.

About the Role

The Recruitment Development Manager will be in charge in conducting and executing strategies & recruitment initiatives, engagement activities learning sessions, recruitment pipeline reports to the SMT and Agency Leaders.

Reports & Progress follow-through (status/progress) in coding journey, exam results, and recruitment promos and initiatives

Execute strategies and action plans in partnership with the Sales Management Team: Ensure successful Implementation of Department's strategies and plans on the ground.

Collaborate execution of Zonal Recruitment Initiatives with Sales Management Team

Provide Performance & Pipeline Business Review & Recommendations down to BDMs and Agency Leaders

Design and implement engagement activities and Recruitment Roadshows focused on learning session/skills training in Recruitment.

Monitor and Push on progress and adoption of the agency leaders' month on month on the premier recruitment programs of AIA on the ground
