Qualifications

• Daily coaching sessions for NGA/NGE following a standard structure.
• Monitor and track daily sales activities of Rookies Advisors.
• Organize weekly sales activities such as seminars, roadshows, presentations, or webinars.
• Conduct one-to-one coaching based on needs analysis results.
• Coordinate with agency leaders, business development, training and management.
• Report performance updates to agency management on a weekly basis.
• Assist in recruitment assessments for NGA/NGE programs.
• Perform other tasks required by the NGA Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly performance reports to agency management.
• Participate in NGA recruitment assessments to ensure quality recruits.
• Perform additional NGA program tasks as needed.

About the Role

• Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structure
• Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standard
• Organize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinar
• Regularly schedule and conduct one to one coaching to improve Rookies Advisor performance based on need analysis outcome
• Organize intervention training session based on the outcome of need analysis to ensure performance improvement and on track
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as agency leaders, business development, training, and management, to get support and help Rookies Advisors achieve the objectives
• Report updated performance to the agency management on weekly basis
• Join the assessment for NGE / NGA Recruitment to ensure the quality recruits
• Perform other tasks required by the NGE / NGA Program
