The Project-based Recruitment Coordinator supports the HR and Administrative Team in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization. The role covers sourcing, pre-boarding, onboarding, and related administrative tasks on a 6-month project with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Open to working on a 6-month project, subject to extension.
• Bachelor's degree graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of HR-Recruitment experience in the Solar and/or Construction industries. Recruitment experience in other industries are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
