The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or people operations
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong initiative and confidence in independent judgment and decision-making
- Professional and confident telephone communication skills
- Strong ability to absorb and apply new knowledge quickly
- High level of professionalism when interacting with people
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent service to staff and clients

Your Daily Tasks
- Support the interview process through reference checks and employment paperwork administration
- Manage National Police Clearances, DHS clearances such as Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance renewals, and Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff files
- Maintain staff training records
- Prepare confidential correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
- Assist with audit preparation as required
- Support day-to-day administrative duties across the office
- Liaise professionally with clients, employees, and candidates as a representative of the organization
- Assist office personnel as required
- Prepare reports and support data collation
- Maintain staff information within internal databases and allocation systems
- Answer telephone calls and manage enquiries professionally
- Assist with office procedures
- Manage email communications
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Implement continuous improvement processes in line with organizational directives
- Perform other duties as defined by the Manager
