Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 0–1 year of recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.
