Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Career Support Associate (Recruitment) to help job seekers and employers by coordinating interviews, matching candidates to roles, and ensuring successful placements. The role requires strong communication, account management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing candidate profiles, sourcing openings, and advising on resume improvements while coordinating interview schedules for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of contact center or customer care experience.
• Must have strong experience in Account Management.
• 1 year of tenure per employer within the past 2 years.
• 1 year of solid sales experience in a US RPO environment.
• 6+ months of experience in volume or seasonal recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder needs and support successful placements.
• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral accent suitable for US‑based clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outbound calls, build rapport quickly, and maintain engaging conversations.
• Strong multitasking skills across calls, systems, and candidate/client records.
• Opportunity‑focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities while driving customer and client satisfaction.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and resumes to assess suitability for available opportunities.
• Source and match job openings through career pages, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Advise candidates on resume and profile improvements while aligning their qualifications with employer requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist with interview arrangements as needed.
• Ensure a consistent submission of qualified candidates to clients, supporting successful placements and recruitment goals.
