Recruitment Associate - US
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support talent acquisition efforts for a leading U.S.-based banking organization. This role will focus primarily on recruitment coordination, candidate management, and end-to-end support for corporate hiring initiatives across various banking and financial services functions. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience recruiting for the U.S. market, excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a solid understanding of corporate roles within the banking sector. This position requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage multiple requisitions, maintain a positive candidate experience, and support hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Manage interview logistics, calendars, meeting invitations, and recruitment documentation.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Talent Acquisition Support
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and professional-level positions within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various corporate functions when required.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Assist with job posting management across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations and coordinate next steps in the hiring process.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline status reports, and scheduling support.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Address candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.
  • Support recruitment reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements as needed.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or banking-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, and interview coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral and professional communication style.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting recruitment within the banking, financial services, lending, credit, compliance, operations, risk, finance, or related sectors.
