Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Recruitment Associate (Temporary) to support the recruitment of our customer service representatives in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, Philippines. You will partner with Recruitment Managers, interact with applicants, process submissions, and help ensure tests are conducted for hiring.

The role requires a professional, organized, confidential team player with prior interview experience and 1–2 years of administrative work in fast-paced environments.
