Job summary

WNS is seeking an onsite recruiter at the Bridgetowne site in Quezon City. The role requires BPO recruitment experience, including sourcing, volume hiring, and phone screening, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.

The successful candidate will ensure proper tracking of candidates in the ATS, monitor onboarding, and maintain the candidate database with related reports, demonstrating a detail-minded and compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO recruitment, including sourcing and volume hiring.
• Ability to conduct phone screenings and assess candidates efficiently.
• Strong rapport-building with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Detail-minded with proactive onboarding and compliance awareness.
