Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for volume/agent roles at our Bridgetowne site. You will coordinate with stakeholders, screen candidates by phone, and ensure accurate ATS tracking throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has BPO recruiting experience, can build rapport with candidates and internal partners, and maintain onboarding and compliance with meticulous attention to detail.
