Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to be deployed onsite at the client’s facility in San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the agri‑manufacturing industry and must be fluent in Bisaya. This role will play a vital part in supporting the client’s talent acquisition efforts across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client’s HR and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, including production, operations, and support functions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support local talent sourcing efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and client policies.

Qualifications
