QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct background checks and maintain accurate applicant records and paperwork
• Source qualified candidates based on client requirements and administer pre-employment exams
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, including document preparation and coordination of orientation schedules
• Facilitate endorsements of shortlisted candidates to Operations
• Conduct initial assessments and manage documentation for approved applicants
• Respond to applicant inquiries on Facebook in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update the applicant tracker and send weekly recruitment reports
• Keep candidates informed about their application status throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with clinic staff regarding PPE requirements for accepted candidates
• Perform other tasks as required by operations and management
