Join San Miguel Foods as a Recruitment Assistant based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time (contractual) role, you will provide crucial support to the HR and Recruitment team, contributing to the efficient and effective recruitment processes that enable the growth and development of our skilled workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
• Collaborate with the HR team to review and screen job applications, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for open roles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data and hiring progress
• Support the coordination of onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team as needed
