Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen and onboard blue-collar personnel for mining and construction projects at our Clark Office in Pampanga.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pools, perform compliance checks, conduct phone screens and interviews, and coordinate with project teams to meet hiring deadlines and site mobilization requirements. Relocation assistance, PTO, HMO, and incentives accompany this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processing, sourcing and screening.
• Mining or construction recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pools and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via internal database and external platforms.
• Reviewing resumes and assessing role-fit.
• Conducting compliance checks and due diligence (phone screens, interviews, references).
• Updating candidate records with correct naming conventions.
• Booking pre-employment medicals and coordinating with teams.
• Communicating with internal/project teams to meet hiring deadlines.
• Following up with candidates to ensure documents are received.
• Maintaining recruitment spreadsheets and tracking progress.
• Escalating noncompliance issues to the line manager.

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding blue-collar personnel for mining and construction projects, ensuring candidates meet role-specific requirements and compliance standards.

Job Description:

• Sourcing candidates via the internal database & external job ads or platforms
• Reviewing candidates resumes & experience in accordance with role requirements
• Performing candidate compliance checks such as reviewing documents and checking their validity for the role required
• Performing candidate due diligence checks such as phone screens, interviews and reference checks
• Saving and updating all candidate records and documents in the correct location and using relevant naming conventions
• Booking in pre-employment medicals via online booking portals
• Communicating with internal team members and project team to ensure deadlines for hire & site mobilisation are met
• Following up with candidates in a timely manner to ensure documents are received
• Regularly updating recruitment spreadsheets to track progress of applications and onboarding
• Raising and escalating any issues with candidates’ noncompliance to your direct line manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processing with strong background in sourcing and screening of candidates.
  • Background in recruitment for the mining or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of usual blue-collar roles such as Crane Operators, Riggers, Scaffolders, Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters & Electricians is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates for ongoing workforce needs.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Highly preferred experience using recruitment software and databases such as JobAdder
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Hold a high level of confidentiality
• Capable in meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
