Recruiting Specialist | Remote (PH)
Job Summary
The Recruiting Specialist manages full cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, and client specific roles across Ethos Support. This person turns hiring plans into organized, timely, and candidate centered recruiting processes, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and handoff to onboarding.The successful candidate is resourceful, responsive, and highly organized. This role requires sound judgment, strong candidate communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to move quickly without lowering standards. The Recruiting Specialist must represent Ethos Support authentically and ensure candidates understand both the opportunity and the expectations of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, offers, and preboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, timelines, and interview responsibilities before launching a search.
- Write and maintain accurate job postings that reflect the actual work, schedule, location, qualifications, and employee experience.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, community partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Conduct structured screening interviews and provide evidence based recommendations tied to the role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain complete and accurate recruiting records, candidate statuses, interview notes, approvals, and offer details in approved systems.
- Track recruiting measures such as applicant flow, source effectiveness, time to fill, stage conversion, offer acceptance, hiring manager response time, and early attrition.
- Identify bottlenecks, hiring risks, or unrealistic requirements early and recommend practical solutions.
- Support high volume hiring, new client launches, replacement hiring, and confidential searches while maintaining consistent standards.
- Coordinate background checks, employment requirements, references, and required documentation with Human Resources and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult to fill roles.
- Deliver a respectful and transparent candidate experience, including timely closure for candidates who are not selected.
- Follow equal opportunity, data privacy, confidentiality, and company approval requirements throughout the recruiting process.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting BPO, contact center, technology, corporate, or high volume roles.
- Demonstrated sourcing ability across job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Experience conducting structured screening interviews and assessing candidates against defined criteria.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with professional candidate follow through.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage several open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, recruitment tracker, or comparable candidate management process.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and business information with discretion.
- Sound judgment, personal accountability, and willingness to communicate risks or delays early.
- Reliable internet connection and a secure remote work environment.
- Availability to work hours that overlap with United States based leaders and client requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in the Philippines for onsite, hybrid, and remote positions.
- Experience with Asana, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable recruiting tools.
- Experience supporting new client launches or rapid hiring ramps.
- Knowledge of Philippine employment requirements and common preemployment documentation.
- Experience developing interview guides, scorecards, talent pipelines, or recruiting dashboards.
- Employer branding, campus recruiting, or community partnership experience.
