Job summary

COMRISE Japan in the Philippines seeks a recruiter with 2+ years of US recruitment or BPO experience to support healthcare hiring. The role focuses on sourcing candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, coordinating across time zones, and meeting hiring targets.

The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques, while complying with US healthcare licensure and credentialing requirements. Night shifts to align with US business hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of US recruitment experience or BPO experience.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (clinical and non-clinical) preferred.
• Prior experience in BPO/RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.

Qualification and Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of US recruitment experience or BPO experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, healthcare administration) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in an BPO,RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
