Monee is seeking a recruiter for Ortigas/Mandaluyong on a fixed-term 3–6 month contract. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offers and closing, with close collaboration with stakeholders and the team.

You will ensure accurate records and reports, support the recruitment team, and contribute to timely fills while balancing quality and speed in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business-related fields, Psychology or HR.
• At least two years in end-to-end recruitment in ecommerce/FinTech/insurance.
• Open to Ortigas or Mandaluyong and to fixed-term 3–6 months.
• Strong collaboration with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Good communication, detail orientation and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for job openings (sourcing, screening, selection).
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and assess candidates up to offer/closing.
• Ensure records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the Recruitment Team and take on other tasks as needed.

• Executes end-to-end recruitment process for job openings under the assigned units (sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates)
• Manages the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
• Fulfills hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate
• Ensures accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment
• Assists the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor's degree in any Business-related fields, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or its equivalent
• With at least two (2) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in ECommerce, FinTech, Insurance, and Lending
• Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
• Open to work on a fixed-term contract for 3-6 months
• Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
