Advanced Energy, a global leader in precision power conversion and control solutions, seeks a Recruiter II to execute end-to-end recruitment for roles across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality staffing.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and maintaining compliant recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing electronics/semiconductor or similar.
• Strong interviewing and sourcing skills using major job platforms and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and coordination skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of labor regulations and HR processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations.
• Post job ads, manage applications, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/online interviews, and prepare shortlist recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring manager feedback.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to source qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain basic talent pipelines for key roles.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
• Support interview panel coordination and scheduling logistics.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to maintain alignment on hiring timelines.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and onboarding handover.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist in recruitment marketing content and onsite events.
