Advanced Energy is seeking a Recruiter II to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will source candidates, conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality staffing. The role requires attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication.

You will develop candidate pipelines, manage ATS data, and support recruitment events and employer branding activities. Experience in electronics/semiconductor environments is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing electronics/semiconductor, shared services, or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and sourcing skills using major job platforms and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and coordination skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (entry to mid-level).
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Post job ads, manage applications, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/online interviews, and prepare shortlist recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring manager feedback.
