Metrobank in the Philippines seeks a Recoveries Manager to lead the Recoveries Assistants, supervise agency performance, and ensure delinquency targets are met. You will provide analytics on strategies and endorsements to collection agencies.

You will oversee policy deployment, review agency performance, and own seriously delinquent accounts from endorsement through to collection, with regular reporting to external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of collections experience in recoveries.
• At least 2 years of people management experience in collections recoveries.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Recoveries policies are in place by participating in policy and strategy formulation and monitoring results.
• Regularly review agency performance and analyze debt handling across agencies.
• Own seriously delinquent accounts from endorsement to collection agency follow-up.
• Supervise Recoveries Assistants and ensure targets are met with periodic reports to agencies.
