Job Description
Lead the record-to-report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintain US GAAP and local statutory ledgers, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and review accounting analysis for complex transactions such as fixed assets, intercompany, and inventory
Drive and coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities
Prepare management, statutory, and variance analysis reports for regional stakeholders
Ensure accounting treatments comply with group policies and local regulations
Coordinate statutory and fiscal reporting with external auditors and service providers
Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting disclosures
Perform reconciliations between US GAAP and local GAAP, including necessary adjustments
Support transfer pricing, costing, and entity-level planning activities
Oversee tax compliance support, including provisions, returns, and indirect tax matters
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification is an advantage
8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS and local statutory requirements
Proven experience in statutory audits and coordination with external auditors
Hands‑on experience with enterprise ERP and financial reporting systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and variance analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Experience in a regulated or manufacturing-driven industry is an advantage
