Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an accounting professional to support the company’s financial reporting for statutory and management purposes. You will ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions and perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

You will assist with month-end close, support internal and external audits, maintain data integrity, and ensure all tasks are completed with high quality in a high-volume environment, while adhering to internal controls and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s financial reporting processes for statutory and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate and timely financial information.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Perform daily accounting operations for high-volume and highly transactional entities.
• Assist with period-close activities, as applicable.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with high quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
