Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across all major statements, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and segment analyses.

You will drive close processes and partner with business units to deliver insights. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in finance and accounting with supervisory experience and strong skills in financial management, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in FP&A with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• 7+ years in finance and accounting experience or equivalent scope.
• Strong capabilities in building budgets, forecasts and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Lead performance reporting, KPI SLAs, and management information packs.
• Drive compliance, process improvements and ad hoc finance requests.
• Supervise multiple business units and coordinate with in-country finance teams.
• Deliver segment and dimensional analysis and flux analysis for ERP data.

About the role

This position will have core responsibility for ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting. This includes all financial reports such as Retail Accounting, Profit and Loss report, balance sheet report, cash flow statement, per segment analysis, inventory analysis, flux analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing process, bank reconciliation, fixed asset management, project to profit process, management information and presentation, business partnering, annual audit, statutory reporting and filing, treasury and tax requirements
• Support RTR Operations Manager in the delivery of set KPI and SLAs of AP team
• Assist RTR Operations Manager in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuously improving the processes within AP team and other ad hoc requests
• Supervise multiple business units with different team members assigned
• Coordinate with In-country finance team for the closure of reconciling items and end to end RTR team deliverables
• Deliver reports and perform financial analysis per segment and per dimensions as required by ROHQ Finance and the Finance Lead
• Deliver flux analysis of expenses independently based on what's in the ERP and facilitate coordination between Operations and CGS RTR
• Perform inventory analysis within the set timeline and coordinate with Sales and CGS PTP or other workstreams
• Supervise the overall month-end closing process and perform pre-closing analysis to ensure the quality of every month-end closing
• Preparation of Monthly BS Reconciliation Report including all Audit schedule needed

About you

• More than 3-5 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role and supervisory or managerial role
• Minimum 7 years in work experience related to finance and accounting
