Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Reconciliations Team Lead in Manila to supervise daily reconciliation work and ensure accurate, timely outcomes. You will coach staff, monitor metrics, and partner with operations, technology, and control groups to resolve issues and strengthen risk management.

You will lead process improvements, maintain robust controls, and contribute to efficient operations in a fast-paced environment while supporting change initiatives and sustaining quality execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in reconciliations and/or custody and markets operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement practical improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Visio helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset with timely escalation and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach team members with regular check-ins and performance feedback.
• Assess staffing needs and capacity trends for effective planning.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics; drive improvement plans.
• Identify gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and promote knowledge sharing.
