Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an accounting support professional in the Philippines to assist with daily bank reconciliations, journal postings and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

You will help ensure accounting needs and reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner, partner with the MYOB Accountant, and handle ad hoc data entry and other accounting tasks to support the finance team. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability and timely delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and the application of those principles.
• Sound Excel skills.
• Prior experience working in an accounting / finance role would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrate ability to meet tight timelines with a high level of customer service during times of pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM / Accounting software packages (Siebel, Navision, Concur etc).
• A tertiary degree in Finance / Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank account reconciliations.
• Completion of standardized journal entries – low level complexity.
• Reconciliation of Archie inbounds with Navision (reconciliation of two systems due to lack of integration).
• Completion of monthly reconciliations for suspense accounts.
• Escalate any issues encountered with MYOB accountant.
• Partner with MYOB Accountant to complete tasks and clarify expectations.
