Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking a Reconciliation Executive to own the end-to-end reconciliation cycle across university and partner accounts. You will generate invoices, perform bank and payment reconciliations, track receivables, and resolve discrepancies with Finance, BI, and Business teams.

The role demands strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to present findings clearly to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and reconcile partner, university, and student accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and match receipts with invoices.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up with universities and partners.
• Identify and report discrepancies in invoices, payments, and commissions.
• Collaborate with Finance, BI, and Business teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze large datasets in spreadsheets and present decision-ready findings.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries, ageing reports, and leadership dashboards.
• Support data validation between CRM, billing, and reporting systems.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails.
• Follow SOPs, meet closing timelines, and suggest process improvements.
