Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. seeks an Accounts and Bank Reconciliation Supervisor to oversee daily reconciliation operations, safeguard assets, and support accurate financial reporting.

The Accounts and Bank Reconciliation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations related to account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and financial accuracy. The role ensures the timely, complete, and correct recording of financial transactions, monitors cash movements, resolves and discrepancies. The position plays a critical part in safeguarding company assets and supporting accurate financial reporting.
Supervise and review all daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation activities.
Ensure all bank transactions (debits, credits, charges, fund transfers) are matched and validated against the company’s records.
Investigate and resolve reconciling items, discrepancies, unposted transactions, and bank errors promptly.
Monitor cash balances and ensure accurate recording of bank-related entries.
Zero unresolved material discrepancies
Detect irregularities or unusual transactions
Escalate potential fraud risks or internal control gaps
Recommend process improvements to strengthen cash controls
Ensure regular data backups and compliance with company data retention policies
Review and recommend master data updates (customers, suppliers, chart of accounts) to the Head of Finance
Prepare database-related reports for audit purposes
Monitor data integrity, detect discrepancies, and enforce validation controls
Oversee reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to:
Ensure all GL accounts are updated and validated in accordance with accounting policies.
Analyze account movements and provide explanations for variances.
Develop, document, and implement reconciliation procedures and control checklists.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and submit reconciliation summaries, exception reports, and aging of reconciling items to the Finance Head.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring all reconciliations are completed on time.
Provide supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
Supervise and mentor reconciliation staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Allocate workload and monitor daily performance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
CPA license is an advantage but not required.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bank reconciliation, or financial analysis.
At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Experience in multi-bank, multi-account reconciliation is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
