BTI Payments Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst - Reliever to monitor daily cash collections and deposits, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
You will prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports and work with the Finance team to resolve issues. The 5-month reliever assignment requires at least 1 year in cash reconciliation, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Reconciliation Analyst - Reliever is responsible for monitoring daily cash collection, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation. The role involves analyzing cash collection, bank deposits and bank balance. Preparing daily and monthly reconciliation reports.
DURATION: 5-Month Reliever assignment
Monitors daily cash collections and deposits.
Performs reconciliation of daily cash collections to identify errors and discrepancies.
Prepares and balances monthly reconciliation reports, including shortage and overage analysis.
Extracts and organizes daily and monthly reconciliation reports.
Ensures accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing wallet transactions.
Collaborates with the Finance department, third party partners, and other concerned departments to address reconciliation issues.
Provides updates and reports on resolved and pending discrepancies to Reconciliation Supervisor.
At least 1- year experience in cash reconciliation and basic accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to details and ability to identify discrepancies accurately.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
