Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments, meeting rooms, and calendars for staff as needed.
- Administration: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document filing.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or customer service are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
- Other Skills: English language support; data analysis; scheduling; time management; written communication; analytical skills.
