Job Description
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and guests to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take messages and provide information as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for staff members or executives.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing mail.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance to visitors.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or customer service role is typically preferred (1-2 years).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with visitors, clients, and staff.
- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, helpful attitude and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and efficient.
- Professionalism: Presentable and courteous with the ability to represent the company positively to visitors and clients.
