Job summary

FTC Group of Companies is seeking a Rebar Engineer to prepare and review rebar shop drawings and take-offs, ensuring compliance with NSCP, ACI, and project specs. You will supervise fabrication/installation and coordinate with site and structural engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to monitor quantities, material usage, quality, and schedules.

On-site role with extended hours when required; a Civil Engineering degree and relevant experience are essential, with a licensed engineer preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
• 2–5 years relevant construction or structural experience.
• Knowledge of rebar detailing, structural drawings, and applicable codes.
• BBS experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and extended hours when required.
