Job summary

ECAM Technologies Corporation seeks a Workforce Management Analyst to help ensure optimal staffing in Metro Manila. You’ll analyze schedules, monitor real-time staffing and report discrepancies to keep performance standards high.

Responsibilities include forecasting, schedule analysis, and partnering with Operations to optimize throughput. Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and clear written/verbal communication is essential, with ability to work weekends and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative domain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in workforce management scheduling, analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills required; macros and programming preferred.
• Experience creating dashboards/templates and presenting results.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensures published schedule shells follow 6-week forecast with +/-5% margin.
• Maintains schedule analysis portfolio to support scheduling improvements.
• Coordinates, plans, and implements workforce affecting activities.
• Monitors schedule adherence via attendance tracking.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the WFM Supervisor.
• Provides support to operations as needed.
