Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Workforce Analyst to help ensure the Monitoring Center meets quality standards in reliability, usability, and performance. You will align staffing with plans, monitor real-time vs. forecast, and analyze data to improve scheduling in partnership with Operations.

The role emphasizes schedule forecasting, real-time monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, dashboard experience, and the ability to communicate across all levels of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative domain or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in workforce management scheduling, analysis, and reporting.
Intermediate Excel skills required.
Strong macro and programming skills preferable.
Experience in creating dashboards and/or templates.
Proven ability to analyze results and recommend solutions.
Experience in communicating to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Ensure published schedule shells are based on the 6-week forecast with ±5% margin.
Maintain a schedule analysis portfolio for scheduling improvements.
Coordinate, plan, and implement workforce impacting activities.
Monitor schedule adherence and attendance for compliance.
Provide support to operations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the WFM Supervisor.
