You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage and appraisal processes, maintain client communications, ensure file compliance, and support a fast, accurate closing from home, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Backer with a proven track record in the California real estate market. Core Responsibilities

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Compliance Management: Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Data Management: Enter all client information into the client database.

Job Requirements

• Market Experience: Has Experienced in California Transaction Coordination.
• Tenure: At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Execution: Strong coordination and scheduling skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
