Cyberbacker Careers seeks an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee real estate transactions from contract execution to closing in a remote setup. You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisals while maintaining clear communication with clients and agents.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently with strong organizational and scheduling skills. Remote, with ongoing client onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in California real estate transaction coordination.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Compliance Management: Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Data Management: Enter all client information into the client database.
