Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers seeks an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee California real estate transactions from executed agreement to closing. This fully remote, home-based role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and independent work habits.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, appraisals, inspections, and client communications while ensuring file compliance and timely updates to all stakeholders. A US market focus and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

California transaction coordination experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving.
Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Update clients, agents, title officer, lender, and others.
Compliance Management: Submit documentation for file compliance.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules and attend closing.
Data Management: Enter client information into the client database.
