Filinvest Alabang, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to drive residential property sales in Metro Manila.

You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, recruit and train a team of Property Specialists, and lead negotiations to close deals that meet client and company goals. You will collaborate with the Sales Director to align initiatives with business objectives, nurture client relationships for repeat business, and coach the team to achieve targets in a dynamic real

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment, including managing a team of real estate agents and guiding them to success.
Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients, and other industry stakeholders.
Can recruit 3-5 Property Specialists prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to achieve sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists
Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales deals, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.
