Qualifications

• College graduate preferred; relevant sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Real estate sales experience or PRC license is advantageous.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and client meetings; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales leads through various channels and networks.
• Present and promote PROMAX real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, client consultations, and site tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Assist clients with property selection based on their needs and budget.
• Follow up on leads and ensure consistent sales pipeline management.
• Negotiate and close property sales while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of reservations and sales transactions.
• Participate in sales activities, open houses, exhibits, and marketing events.
• Stay updated on property market trends, project developments, pricing, and available promotions.
