The candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor a team of Property Specialists, and collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure alignment with business goals. Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment, including managing a team of agents.
• Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to recruit 3–5 Property Specialists before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to meet targets.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists.
• Assist in negotiation and closing of property sales deals for optimal client and company outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to align strategies with business goals.
• Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeat business.
