Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Real Estate to promote economic condominium and housing projects to prospective buyers.

You will generate leads, conduct client presentations, and manage the sales process from inquiry to turnover, including site visits and negotiations. You will build strong client relationships, aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets, assist with document requirements and home financing, and provide after-sales support for a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of real estate sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct site trippings and fieldwork.
• Existing network of clients or brokers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In-house seller promoting and selling economic condominium and housing projects to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through networking, tripping activities, events, and online marketing.
• Conduct client presentations, project orientations, and property viewings.
