Job summary

Radix HR in Metro Manila is seeking a Condo Leasing Associate to support our property leasing and sales efforts. You will focus on generating leasing leads, promoting available units, and assisting prospective tenants through the end-to-end leasing process.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in sales or leasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, property management, customer service or business development; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and customer service skills.
