Cloudstaff seeks a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Australian real estate sales team. You will handle listing paperwork, manage campaigns, maintain CRMs, and keep the sales agents' calendar running smoothly so agents can focus on listing and selling.

Candidates with real estate sales support, prospecting, or PA backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with REX, Campaign Agent, Box+Dice, or Realtair is highly regarded, and you will work with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales administration, sales assistant or PA roles is required.
• Strong CRM and calendar/email management skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare listing documents, authority forms, and property marketing packs.
• Coordinate vendor advertising and campaigns across platforms.
• Maintain CRMs and ensure accurate property files and timelines.
• Draft correspondence and compile reports for the sales team.
